Happy to announce that I earned 2 additional designations.

The Home Finance Resource designation was hugely important to me as it is a large component for both pre-approval and throughout the transaction.   Technically a buyer is "fully" approved at versus prior to closing.  A relationship between the client, real estate agent and loan officer is critical to success.  While the loan officer is the specialist, having an agent who knows what questions to ask is a plus.

The Pricing Strategy Advisor designation is important on both the buyer and seller side.  Pricing the home and suggesting a competitive offer price range should be done with "science" and careful analysis.  This designation reinforces best practices and methods to do just that.
